This policy describes how your information is handled when you use this website.
1. Data We Collect
We collect only the data you provide via the contact form (name, e-mail, institution, title, message) and anonymous technical/usage data (IP, cookies, analytics) collected automatically.
2. How We Use Data
To respond to your messages, maintain the security and performance of the site, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your data.
3. Service Providers
We rely on Supabase (database & file storage), Resend (transactional e-mail) and Google Analytics (anonymous statistics). Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
4. Cookies
Analytics cookies load only after you accept them via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
5. Data Security
Connections use HTTPS. Administrative access is protected by authentication and security headers (CSP, HSTS). File uploads are validated by type and size.
6. Retention & Deletion
Contact messages are kept only as long as necessary and then deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights
